Just a few miles from The Strip, in Henderson, you'll find the Ethel M Chocolate Factory. Here, Forest Mars (of Mars Bar fame) displays his passions, chocolate and gardening.
Along with gourmet chocolate delights, the grounds around the factory hold one of the world's largest collections of cacti, drought-resistant ornamentals and succulents. Thousands of yards of a special plant fill, 400 tons of rock (Bali Hai "chocolate" and Arizona moss rock), and over 300 species of plants, ranging from the twisted acacia to the soaptree yucca, fill four acres of a wonderful garden.
