Lake Tahoe Shoreline

Only nature could have arranged these huge granite boulders along the Lake Tahoe shoreline. Boulder climbing can be great fun for those agile and daring. Here at Tahoe, nature's exhibits are everywhere. The crystal blue water, bright blue skies and seemingly limitless shoreline seem so inviting. Lake Tahoe, located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and spanning the California and Nevada borders, is known as an outdoor enthusiast's paradise.
