Rocketdyne's RS-68 engines pack the punch for the colossal Delta IV Heavy Lift spacecraft. The extra large, triple 1st stage rocket launches from Cape Canaveral, Florida and Vandenberg, California. The Delta IV at Launch Complex 37, or SLC-37B, at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, boasts a short, ten day stay at the launch pad and a 30 day total processing time from when it arrives from the Decatur manufacturing plant in Alabama.
