With submission, the submitter verifies (his or her) sole ownership of photograph copyright, and understands that (he or she) is granting Scenic USA the nonexclusive right in regard to usage on this Scenic USA site only. Photographs will never be sold and photo credit will always accompany the image in some manner. E-mail addresses will never be passed on to a third party without prior consent.

Be sure to include your name for photo credit and a brief description. Details, such as time of day, year, location, and interesting stories behind the photo would be helpful to accurately describe the photo in its feature article.
