Please submit jpeg files of at least of 1200 pixels in minimum width or height via Email. With each submission, the submitter verifies (his or her) sole ownership of photograph copyright, and understands that (he or she) is granting Scenic USA the nonexclusive right in regard to usage on this Scenic USA site only. A photograph submittal is an agreement that allows Scenic USA the right to crop, enlarge, reduce, and/or to modify the photograph to fit the Scenic USA theme. Photographs will never be sold and photo credit will always accompany the image in some manner. Email addresses will never be passed on to a third party without prior consent. As stated on the Home Page, "Photographs featured on Scenic USA are copyright protected and belong to the original owner".

Be sure to include your name for photo credit and a brief description. Details, such as time of day, time of year, location, and any interesting stories behind the photo would be helpful to accurately describe the photo in its feature article.
