With submission, the submitter verifies (his or her) sole ownership of copyright on the photograph, and understands that (he or she) is granting Scenic USA the nonexclusive right to be used on this web site only. Photograph will never be sold and photo credit will always accompany image in some manner. E-mail addresses will never be passed on to another party without prior consent.
Be sure to include your name for photo credit and a brief description. Details, such as time of day, year, location and interesting stories behind the photo would be helpful to accurately describe the location in its feature article.
The home page lists Scenic USA categories for a guideline, but may not be all inclusive. The Photo Submit tab above will initiate an e-mail in most instances. You may also direct e-mail to bprepelka@ScenicUSA.net.
